Privacy Policy

OwlDash for Mayzing ("OwlDash", "we") is an independent Chrome extension made by Owl Digital Lab. It is not affiliated with Mayzing.
Your Mayzing data stays in your browser
OwlDash runs only on dashboard.mayzing.com. It reads your store data (orders, profit, campaigns) from Mayzing using your existing login so it can show analytics and sale alerts. This data is processed in your browser and is never sent to us or any third party. Short-lived caches and your preferences (period, sound, privacy mode) are stored locally in Chrome's extension storage.
Bulk Listing
The design images and CSV or text files you choose in Bulk Listing are uploaded directly from your browser to your own Mayzing account, to create the campaigns you asked for. We never receive them.
OwlDash Pro licenses and payments
Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record, under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details. Creem shares with us the information needed to manage your purchase (such as your name, email and order details).
When you activate a license, OwlDash sends only your license key and a random browser label (for example "owldash-chrome-1a2b3c4d") to the OwlDash license server, which checks it with Creem. That check repeats about once a day. Your license key and trial start date are kept in Chrome sync storage so they follow your Chrome profile.
When you start the free trial, OwlDash sends your Mayzing store's short web name (its "slug") to the OwlDash license server so each store gets one trial. The server stores only a one-way hash of it together with the trial start date. It doesn't keep the store name itself or any other data.
What we don't do
- No analytics, tracking or advertising in the extension.
- No selling or sharing of your data.
- No use of your data for anything other than the features described here.
Deleting your data
Removing the extension deletes its local data. To free a license slot first, open OwlDash → Pro → "Remove license from this browser". To ask about purchase data we hold, email us.
