Terms of Service

These terms apply to the OwlDash for Mayzing Chrome extension and OwlDash Pro subscriptions ("the Service"), provided by Owl Digital Lab ("we"). By installing OwlDash or buying Pro, you agree to them.
1. What OwlDash is
OwlDash is a browser extension that adds analytics, sale alerts and bulk listing tools to your own Mayzing seller dashboard. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mayzing. You need your own Mayzing account to use it, and your use of Mayzing remains subject to Mayzing's terms.
2. Free and Pro plans
The free plan is offered at no cost. OwlDash Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks extra features, as described on our pricing section. A 7-day free trial of Pro is available once per Mayzing store.
3. Payments
Purchases are processed by Creem (creem.io), who acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and sales tax/VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time using the link in your purchase email; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.
4. License keys
Each Pro purchase comes with a license key for personal use by the buyer, on up to 3 browsers at a time. Don't share, resell or publish your key. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly, used fraudulently, or refunded.
5. Acceptable use
Use OwlDash only with Mayzing accounts you are authorised to manage, and only for lawful purposes. Bulk Listing creates campaigns in your store on your instruction. You are responsible for the designs, titles and descriptions you publish, including their copyright and trademark status.
6. Availability
OwlDash depends on how the Mayzing dashboard works. If Mayzing changes its website, some features may stop working until we release an update. We work to fix issues quickly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". Figures shown by OwlDash come from Mayzing and are for information only; always rely on Mayzing for official numbers and payouts. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for OwlDash Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paying customers, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
